How do you cut the water heater? Do you not wash your hands various times throughout the day? If we are gone. Cutting your hot water heater usual takes more electricity to heat it back up.  

I'd just make the switch to dryerballs.. they sell them at Dollarama now and you can put your own scent in them. It has saved me a lot in dryer sheets and dryer usage. I find my clothes dry faster and they are softer.
