Nameless person: "So, you dared to unfriend me just because I'm a Donald Trump supporter?" Me: "Um, NOPE, I do not care who you support. I unfriended you because of your incessant need to share extremely rude and degrading memes." Nameless person: *dead silence*

I grew up eating alot of Fried Potato Sandwiches ( I call them "Taters"). Just fry up your potatoes, and season them however you like. I use garlic powder and seasoning salt, onions, and maybe throw in some bell peppers, sometimes. Drain the grease, take 2 pieces of bread, spread some ketchup on them, (or whatever you like to top them with. I use ketchup), and put about 2-3 heaping tablespoons of the potatoes between the bread. Just a cheap meal idea, but tastes really good! I always liked them alot, and when I was grown, I made them for my kids, and they love them to this day and they're grown and still eat them. My middle son mentioned them in High School one day and his friends had never heard of them. I sent some fried potatoes, bread and ketchup with him to school the next day, his classmates all tried it, and it was actually a hit! #foodforthought

Happy 5th Anniversary to my wonderful husband, You are my heart and soul, my better half, and the support that keeps me steadfast. You almost always have that contagious smile on your face & make everyone around you laugh. You love with all of your soul and have such a huge heart. And...so much more! I am nothing short of blessed to have you to share this life with. I never imagined that after five years, that I'd still want to know A LOT more about you. I still want to know what goes on in your inspiring heart, mind, and soul and I still want you to share them with me just like you always do. I still want you by my side every time. I still want to see your face every day. Being married to you has not in the slightest way changed the way I feel about you. In fact, it has only made our mutual love stronger & deeper. I still want all of it, and I want more. Thank you for giving me the married life that I have always dreamed about. Thank you for being the husband that I want and need. You have given your life to help and encourage others and have taught me how to be a fighter, to be loving and caring, to be fair, and to always to be humble (and that life on earth is temporary, and we take nothing with us from here). So much can change in a moment. A month ago Mom fell at her house and broke her hip. It was terrible but we were teasing her the next day that she’d not wanted to get it replaced but now she had no choice. She did well through surgery but within 2 days she had a massive series of strokes that were debilitating affecting the opposite side as the hip. She’s been in the hospital in Evansville the last month and she is moving to rehab closer to home tomorrow. Please say a prayer for her. This next part of her journey is so important to help her quality of life. When she gets home we are going to need some CNA support so if you know anyone that works privately, please private message me. We will be looking to set up some support for her. Mom is a strong lady and we love her dearly. It is so hard to watch the ones we love struggle and not be able to fix it for them.

So you think no one eats their pets? Well let me tell you a story of my pet rabbit. I won a rabbit at the fair and my boyfriend had a rabbit cage so I left it over there and would feed it after school. Few weeks later he tells me my rabbit “done died” (an Aerosmith reference). A few months later his mom offers me some stew/soup, I was skinny and a very very picky eater, always claimed I was on a diet because I didn’t like a lot of foods (I’ve gotten over that). Anyway I accepted a bowl of soup. I was chowing down as she watched me and she asked if I liked it, I nodded and said yes it was very good then she told me it was rabbit stew. I’m sure the look on my face was enjoyable for her as I had e😜ressed many times I wasn’t interested in eating rabbit, squirrel etc..but I’d eat a hot dog like a champ. It wasn’t until much later did I reflect and realize those M-Fers killed and froze my pet rabbit for dinner at a later date. So yes, pets can and will be eaten. This is a true story.
