Book Of Likes Faces

It is hard to fathom that my brother has been gone for 8 years. I just found a photograph in our mom's photo album and I am pretty certain by the look on our faces that he had just made a humorous comment, and I was in utter shock. I really wish I could remember what was going on in this moment. If I had to guess, he probably said something like, “I can’t believe you chose to wear that for this occasion.” I sure miss him and his uncanny sense of humor.

I am back home again! I had a wonderful two weeks on my trip with close family-friends and I already miss them dearly. It felt like a months worth of activities and was definitely fun! Traveling was a little odd for me, it was the first time I didn't have my dad calling to ask me how my trip was going, what I was doing, etc... I felt like I wanted to talk to him the whole time. He would have absolutely loved Costa Rica, is is amazing! I am trying to make as many memories I can, and really live life to the fullest because I know that would have also made him happy. Already planning another trip to Italy next summer! 😜
