I have been eating “clean” for a couple of weeks now and it’s amazing how much better I feel. The biggest change is that I’m not struggling to get out of the bed in the morning...it’s so nice to not feel like I’ve been ran over and be running late on the daily. High protein, low fat, low carb, 100+oz of water per day and hitting the gym. It’s 100% mind over matter. I get up every day and I choose me and my health. Its been a yo-yo time when it comes to my weight, but, I’m not quitting on MYSELF ever again! #loveyourbody- Children will always remember who showed up. Not who made a post on social media, or who texted once or twice a year. They will remember who bothered to rearrange their schedule, to make inconvenient choices, and who made them a priority. Lets not forget when you see them at Walmart and dont even say hi to them. So all the posts and stolen photos in the world will never make up for the precious time you miss out on—time that you can’t get back
- Soo I thought my sister's cat was just being weird and attacking my niece's back back for no reason. But then he started whining each time I pulled him away from the bag and out of the room. Every time I would put him out, he would run back in right to the back pack. Eventually I moved it and what I found underneath was a huge bug, the mix between some black beetle or roach with giant jumping grasshopper/ frog legs! Kitty ended up devouring it but, I shouldn't have doubted you cat.. Shouldn't have doubted you. Lol
