Yesterday three stangers complimented my daughter on her looks. (I know I am the worse offender, she's just so stinking cute) Her whole attitude is just "yeah thanks". So I asked her why she thinks people tell her she's so pretty. Her response, "Because I am nice, sweet, good, and I am your daughter." I think from now on, Im just going to compliment her on her ability to be amazing, her super brain powers, unrivaled spiritual depth and being a wonderful helper.

What I have noticed about myself is that the harder people hound on me the harder I lock myself in. It is vital that I am allowed my space to breath and flourish in order for me to function at my highest self and capability. Don’t squeeze tighter, let go. The tighter you squeeze and try to pull me in the more I’m going to shut down and lock you out. I’m gonna be here doing great things just allow me the space to do so.

My late ex boyfriend used to always say “don’t no woman actually want a chubby man” ...sir please be quiet yes Df I do. Chubby is definitely my fave and I would take a chubby dude over a skinny or muscular man, because they cuddle better.

I think another hot bath might be on the agenda after I finish my dishes. It seems to help my back and relax me.
