Today I learned that produce grown in the United States is not as rich in nutrients as we think it is. In fact produce in Europe is way healthier than produce that comes from the US. And this is why. “Your food is only as healthy as the soil it grows in.” The US soil is actually depleted of nutrients. The nutrient content of our soil in the 1900s was way higher than the nutrient content today. Produce gets its vitamins from the minerals in the soil and well.... our soil is trash. They actually think this is one of the contributing reasons to why America is one of the most unhealthiest countries. Which is honestly really sad like what is going on with us. Like reading this really bummed me.

What a tiny biased world of closed-mined chicken brains to choose friends only based on their political views!

When you ask someone what they want for a Christmas and they say something like “pay a bill” or “fill up my gas tank.” That’s because it’s something they would actually appreciate. When your response is “Well that’s no fun!” Then you buying them something isn’t even anything for them. It’s for you. There’s nothing wrong with someone wanting to do better and move forward. If you care about them you should rather gift them with something that benefits their goals. You could buy them a $50 shirt. Or you could buy them a $50 gas station gift card that gets them to and from work for 2 weeks.
