I had a moment the other day where I asked myself, what am I giving my attention to? And what are the things that are receiving my attention doing for me. Then I asked myself, what NEEDS my attention? And what are these things going to do for me when it does receive my attention? I realigned myself from there.- Just a little piece of advice..TRY PRACTICING WHAT YOU PREACH! and don't sit around tryin to tell other people what they "should" or "shouldn't" do when you are doing the exact same as them!
