Yes, the Bill of Rights, otherwise known as the first ten amendments of the United States Constitution became a reality 230 years ago on December 15 , 1791 when it was ratified by the Commonwealth of Virginia, guaranteeing some of our most important rights as citizens of the United States of America. Just thought I'd start your day off with a little history lesson.
