I found a bone in ham for 89 cents a pound and with the rising cost of lunch meat, I decided to cut the meat off the bone and slice it. The parts that I couldn’t sliced, I diced for omelettes or salad. The bone I’ll save for a pot of soup or beans.. I’ll do the same with cooked turkey breast when I can find it on sale!
