It can help. A few years ago my nephew was getting bullied in school. Nobody would do anything about it, including the principal and I was to the point where I wanted it stopped. I posted about it on social media. His parents saw it and actually knew who I was talking about even without blasting his name, and that was the only thing that stopped it from happening again. I had tons of other people saying the same pos kid was extremely mean to theirs too. It stopped instantly when the parents intervened. This was in 6th grade. Sometimes a little humiliation does wonders.

After painting all day yesterday with both boys running wild, I came home last night, gave the boys baths, got them in bed, done some laundry (still doing laundry) and still doing housework today. I may get a little nap before it's time to get the boys from school and to go paint more this evening. I must say a little paint does do wonders.

I am determined to finish my weekend strong, even if it means going to the gym alone, on my way there right now! The time I spend at the gym is literally the only time I have for ME. It does wonders for my mental health.
