Winter sucks. It doesn't get better from year to year. So depressed, so many things going in my head. Every day something happens and I let my mind play tricks on me. I had decided I was going to get out of the house. I sat in my car. Maybe a minute trying to warm it up and said to myself. You must be out of your f****** mind. Go back into my house I went. I need sunshine.

I enjoyed a spectacular walk in the not-too-hot sunshine this afternoon. The September weather and fresh air felt so good. Not every day is this nice, so we should take advantage and be thankful when we can. I'm also thankful for sugar free fountain drinks that work miracles on my digestive tract. I'm also thankful for my best girl and companion who is always by my side.
