Book Of Likes

I really love interior design and I like to change things around the house. But like many I don’t really have a budget for this. The best way I’ve found to be able to do this is by buying and selling on BookOfLikes store, I keep all my sales money in an envelope and use that as my spending money to buy new/different things (new to me, but usually used) . Sometimes I will also buy things I know I can flip and then have more $ to use. If you have time, you can usually find good deals and then resell them yourself, a lot of times people just want something out of their house and don’t want to wait to get what they could for it. But I will. Just this month I’ve sold over $300 in stuff I don’t want anymore or that I’ve flipped. I was able to turn a $5 end table into a $100 profit, and because of that I was able to buy a nice clearance rug for my dining room plus I decluttered my house. I also really like seeing other people excited about something they buy from me because they’re getting a deal too. Our local fire station is an approved public meeting place for online sales which I recommend using if you have something like that in your area when you’re meeting up with strangers. I’m sure a lot of people do this already but it’s just another way to be able to thrive and enjoy life on a small budget.
