I hope everyone has a wonderful new week and life is treating you all well. I have decided that wheat will be permanently out of my life. It should be tolerable if eaten in moderation, but in order to help prevent future instestinal and tummy issues, I have been told that even the occasion donut has to go, lest I pay for it physically. Same with anything that contains fiber, wheat, garlic, bran, most vegetables (unless they are cooked to death), olives onions and pickles, and most other veggies, including cabbage and anything made from nuts. Apparently my intestines no longer has the ability to process/break down these types of products. I can have all the tender meat and anything low fiber and residue. It's definitely going to be a "new normal" but I got this, enjoying delicious rice flour honey cakes right now!
