It was a super-nice day today, my sister got me out of the house all afternoon. Got a decaf iced skim milk latte, and went hunting for RYZE Mushroom coffee for the health benefits. So far no luck find it. And I still have yet to find Dolly Parton's Buttermilk Biscuit Box Mix. I was happy to see that Kroger does carry Grammy-winner Patti Labelle's "Good Life" low-fiber, low-sugar baked goods. She even has her own pancake mix, tailored for the needs of diabetics and those with other dietary restrictions. If her pancake mix is as good as her pies and cobblers, I'll have to try them.
A Monday afternoon and I'm playing hooky from work with a cat that wants inside and outside (repeatedly), boxed wine, a whole bag of Orville Redenbacher movie theater extra butter popcorn (the kind that's extremely bad for you), chocolate chip cookies from the youth group bake sale fundraiser, and multiple episodes of the Conners. Someone tell me I'm normal and not a complete and total failure as a person. I know I'm not exemplary... But kinda normal? I have low standards.
