  • I made this dish for the Superbowl and I want to share it in this forum.
My Chili Soup has a condensed Tomato soup, Avocado, toasted Corn Tortillas, Kidney Beans, fresh Ground beef,  Beef broth, Salt, a dash of Sugar and some other secret ingredients just to give it a personal cooking touch from my signature.

I'm sure the New Orleans visitors will appreciate it a lot.

  • I really enjoy these type of food dishes, and I'm a real fan of New Orleans cooking sea food.
I seen these days a lot of people talking about one particular dish, even the search engine does have a specific page to celebrate it “Authentic New Orleans Style Gumbo”  This is a sea food dish with jumbo shrimps, rice portion and the ingredients that I'm not sure jet.
I personally haven tried jet but, soon I will.

  • Now that you mentioned that about traditional and typical New Orleans food, I have to name some dishes I already tried on a restaurant dinning. These are the names: Muffaletta · Beignets, Po-Boys, Bananas Foster, ‎Beignets, ‎Jambalaya, ‎Crawfish Étouffée, ‎Po-Boys. But, I agree, there are many other dishes out there to be discovered my people who already bought their travel airplane tickets and purchased their sits inside the stadium to watch the big game in American history, Super Bowl.
