As you all know millions of Americans suffer of Anxiety and Depression, and also there is no near cure for those health sufferings so far, instead people have to cope by themselves and that in many cases, they, the sick people can't afford buying medications for an immediate relief.
I heard a neighbor talking to another neighbor of theirs that they were reading a health treatments article with a professional recommendation for patients suffering that kind of mind disease to walk a minimum of 1500 steps, if not more as-possible to overcome the Anxiety and Depression and being able to go by the everyday suffering even without a permanent cure.

I believe if people eat healthy, don't drink alcoholic beverages and soda drinks, and walk three or more times a week, they have a better shot to live healthy and longer and enjoy their grand kids.

True, it is what smart doctors are prescribing for people who suffer of anxiety these days. My mother feels much better when we go for walks, of course when it is not snowing.
I actually feel weird when I miss my walks. Walking everyday in the evenings before coming back home-for a fresh shower is a fixed ritual for me.
I think I seen an article talking about this health matter and remember it was 2000 steps as minimum everyday. I spoken to my general doctor and she said it is fifteen minutes walks everyday. It is clear that people will get sick if they don't move and with more reason when they extra eat and drink.
Everybody should walk for twenty minutes or more everyday because if they don't, they get fat and die from high blood pressure and a heart attack.
I believe that almost 60% of the Americans suffer of Depression or both Anxiety and depression. It is crucial to walk as many times people can afford to,

Depression is more frequently in people who live at colder states, for some reason when people are trapped at their home because outside is snowing or it is could and dark, people feel more depressed and they get weird thoughts too. No wonder so many patients using medications to overcome Anxiety and depression in the world and with little results. Also, walking in snow is harder than if it was in summer or Springtime.

Those pills people take for Anxiety are addictive and therefore, they are thrown to suffering. What a horrible disease.
My wife and I always walk for a minimum of 15 minutes, if not more time walking and enjoying the panorama around.
Sleep enough hours everyday, work a minimum of eight hours and walk for 25 minutes is great. Or take a bicycle ride.
