My friend is a heavy weight person and yesterday she told me if I knew any of you that who would like sharing with me the name of remedies to loose weight and stores were it is possible to purchase them, as I don't have most of the herbs some people liste online sometimes. I really need to shed this fat that I think it is very ugly to carry around, i only have tea and bread in the mornings ( I'm addicted to bread) but i keep gaining weight. I've been overweight about 3yrs+ now. I don't eat much in the afternoon. Urgent! Please help! I'm 33yrs old a mother of 3, she said.

Add some protein to your diet (find proteins at your store, need to read labels).
Eat whole, single-ingredient foods.
Do not eat, avoid processed foods (these kind of artificial foods cause cancer too).
Fill your home pantry. Stock up on healthy foods and snacks (fruits and white meats with low fat).
Limit your intake of added sugar (this includes alcohol drinks and extra sweet bakery).
In the mornings drink clean water, in the after each noon more water drinks, at night drink water too.
Please, just drink only unsweetened coffee and without heavy creams or milk.
Do not eat pizza, lasagna, pastas with lots of salt, cheese, fat meats and more.
