Do anyone have any issues with not sleeping through the night?
Do anyone have any issues with not sleeping through the night? Then, I must go to work like dump all day and when the night is on again, the same thing, nothing of sleeping on my bed or anywhere else.
It happen that I go off to sleep but wakes up at least 2 to 3 times a night. Do anyone have any great suggestions to how can I help this issue. I can't conceive my regular hours of sleep, what's wrong with my health?

fresh ground Himalayan Sal or known as Sea Sal. It is strongly recommended to Turn off your WIFI modems and repeater at night along with all devices. Do not sleep with any devices especially phones in your sleeping area whether turned on or off.
And if that mentioned above doesn't fix your health problem of not getting to sleep, then try this:
Turmeric and coconut oil suppositories. Sounds weird but it could be to do with some parasites waking us up. Coconut oil and turmeric does a lot of healing, curing and soothing.I take a hot shower with a lavender shower disk before bed, keep room dark and cool, freshly made bed, and spray this on my pillow and body after shower. I also wear it as perfume because the light scent is non offensive to most and it relaxes me throughout the day so I am not as anxious at night when I try to sleep.

I had this issue. Usually I would wake around 3 am every morning, sometimes more. I tried Neuro feedback but it didn't help for sleep (it really helped for other things though). I went in to a local shop called Plant Therapy and saw a bottle called sleep CBD. They told me that it helps with sleep. And I could bring it back if it didn't work. They said it would take about two to three weeks for it to start working - until I got a build up of the CBD in my system. And sure enough I sleep through the night now! I was having this issue too. I tried so many things but i finally found that taking potassium helps a lot!

First, potassium helps regulate muscle contractions.
When blood potassium levels are low, your muscles produce weaker contractions.

Most of the people using this product will take a total of 2 (two ) capsules of Melatonin two hours before bed
A while ago, I go to bed at 1am and watched the ceiling until 3am, 4 am and then get up 10am.

Many people are saying that mass global changes are happening - ive been disturbed a few times. good is happening. flush with water and enjoy nature. But i'm sure if it is something like Bladder awareness syndrome, then you will find out the answer from the doctor's office, for sure.
I was forced to rain and thunder dark screen YouTube helps, or trying Soursop leaves might help too.
I do Melatonin and, it works, give it a try. It just takes a few minutes and then fallen in sleep, that easy.

Importantly it can relieve anxiety and can tire you out. Give it a go, I’m not sure of the weather you have we are heading into summer, but there are indoor pools as well.:)
