These days, I'm crying, sometimes sobbing. Can't seem to stop. Tears ran down my cheeks and dripped off my chin at the Holocaust remembrance opera at St. John's Cathedral, the incredible deaths of dear Townley Hargraves and Alan York, Canadians booing our national anthem (dear God, what are we coming to as a nation?), the booting of American NATIONALS born in the USA and families being ripped apart, and the touching movie "Here" on Netflix. Why am I sharing this? Because I know I'm not the only one weeping and that something needs to be done.

Let’s start encouraging people to do their own research instead of spoon feeding them everything. I promise you you will understand less if you just sit here and believe everything that I say. I’ll point you in the direction and go from there. If someone spoon fed me I would not understand the way I do now.

These days , all I do is wear work out clothes , work out, hike, and juice , cook , and make smoothies. My priority righ now is healing myself on a physical level because I have learned that physical well being bleeds into every other aspect of your life. EVERY aspect of your life. Your mental, your spiritual, your physical, your financial. When I am physically where I need to be everything else falls into place. I am so close to the 30 lb mark and that’s just my first weight loss goal.
