Back To Basics

Today was definitely a back to basics kind of day. I did a bit under 30 seconds of the Flat Barbell Bench Press, 2 sets of 10 of the Seated Cable Row, 3 sets of 10 the Seated Dumbbell Military Press, 4 sets of 12 on the Leg Press Machine (still want my thighs tighter), and 3 Sets of 10 of Dumbbell Curls! Yes, I ache, especially my back and shoulders.
