Cheesy Onion Ranch Garlic Butter Bread Ingredients:

1 lg. crusty bread loaf,  preferably sourdough
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 
Garlic butter
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. ranch seasoning
1 stick (8 tbsp) unsalted butter, softened
2 lg. garlic cloves, minced
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
Parmesan cheese, optional

Cheesy Onion Ranch Garlic Butter Bread Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350F. Combine butter, garlic, onion powder, ranch seasoning, and salt in a and heat to a simmer in a small saucepan. Stir through parsley.  Brush surfaces with the buttery mixture. Cut the bread through the middle but do not cut all the way through the bread. Use your fingers or a knife to pry open and drizzle in the butter mixture and stuff in the cheese. You don't need to be super neat, it's nice to have some of the butter drizzled over the crust too. Brush surface with any  remaining butter mixture. Wrap with foil and bake for 25 minutes until the cheese has mostly melted, then unwrap and bake for 10 minutes more to make the bread nice and crusty. Sprinkle on some parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
