I always get the munchies late at night but I try not to be naughty. Last night I made these crackers with carrot pulp, flax seed, chickpea powder, garlic, and spices. OMG not even lying they were amazing!!! I added a little guac on the top and I am completely satisfied. Fiber and protein packed! I am not going to lie, I crave meat sometimes I think it tastes good! I just try not to eat it because it doesn't agree with me. I always feel tired if I eat it. When I eat plant based it makes me feel amazing!
You guys this stuff tastes so good I can't even believe it. I don't have a recipe I just made it up. It's really easy, just blend some carrots or juice them and save the pulp.( Make sure to squeeze out the excess water) just throw in some flax seeds, Chia seeds, sunflower seed etc. Minced garlic, olive oil, salt, (I bet nutritional yeast would be good too) and if you can find it, chickpea flour. Cook at 130 for 1 hr. Make sure you smash them down like a cracker so it doesn't take long to cook. You can use a dehydrator to preserve the enzymes but it will take several hours.

My all time favorite vegan snack recipe to munch on during my work breaks!
The cracker I have being looking for a long time. Very Nice that you are telling how to make them.
Actually these ingredients on the crackers like flax seeds, Chia seeds, sunflower seed etc. Minced garlic, olive oil, salt are very easy to find and probable i already have them in my home kitchen.
Thank You so much for the sharing.
I love these crackers, What can go wrong with natural ingredients like these flax seeds, Chia seeds, sunflower seed blended with carrots and olive oil? Really natural food stuff.
I tried baking the ingredients recipe and smashing them down like a cracker but, now they became like tortillas and they break easy. Probable i squeezed out the excess water way to much.
Anyways, I enjoyed them. Great taste!
I love to eat healthy baking and foods in general. I can eat crackers, cakes, breads, cookies and so on and it could be at night before sleep and no problem with my digestion, i mean no nightmares or else. I mean, if i eat heavy dinners with pork shops, fried chicken and hot spices, then it is a serious problem digesting it.
When i saw the picture of these crackers with carrot pulp, flax seed, chickpea powder, garlic, and spices, I thought that they were just oats cookies. Now that i know it is a eat plant based food, i give it a good percentage of attention because it is what i need to eat to eb healthy.
I love natural foods without preservatives and added chemicals. To me it sounds great to be able and put together this recipe. The only expensive ingredient could be the olive oil, which probable if people don't have it available at the moment of cooking, then they could use another type in a small proportion, i think.
I love the plant based recipes, and a cracker with carrot pulp, flax seed, chickpea powder, garlic, and spices is going to be very tasty and healthy to eat.
Flax seed is good for rebuilding the dead skin on the stomach caused by ulcers etc. I like to eat natural to keep my heart healthy and I think this is a great recipe.
Mmmmm, thanks for sharing!!!
I guess mixing carrot pulp, flax seed, chickpea powder, garlic, and spices and eggs will make it for me. Thank You for the recipe sharing, for sure I will make this food to try it. Or placing on top of those crackers a lot of guacamole ( delicious avocado, instead of butter )
