Feeling a little under the weather today and wanted something easy, so eating yummy macaroni and tomatoes! I just cooked and drained the noodles, added can drained tomatoes (I used my own homegrown whole tomatoes that I canned myself and cut them up), and added salt , pepper, butter and a dash of sugar (cuts down on the sourness).

Oh my gosh I didn't think anyone ate this but me. I love eating this! If you ever run out of your own grown tomatoes stash, I recommend Walmart's brand of canned petite diced tomatoes that are already cut up so you don't have to dice them. You get more actual tomato with less juice in the can. 1/4 tsp. baking soda stirred into a can of tomatoes counter acts the acid too. Praying you feel better soon!
