I don't use that app but, I heard many Americans are making good business by using the TikTok services. Some are young men and women promoting products and services as their main income jobs. I'm glad it will stay operating online a little further.

So far TikTok says it's in the process of restoring service to US which means don't freak out because the President did his savior job to the Chinese App. We'll see for how long.

mortgage high interest won't get lower, it is dream if Donald Trump get the economy out of inflation. As a matter of fact he will raise the property taxes for real estate deals and everything will get much more expensive soon.

Just today Tiktok was down for a while and then it came back online. I'm almost sure Trump will save it because he himself will lose lots of billions in his own personal deal with China and Eton Musk (the Tesla Guy".

I don't know what are those rates for buying properties right now but, I'm sure they will go up with this new government for sure and a doubt it it is a good time to start financing houses or apartments.

It doesn't help because home taxes are so high that sometimes I think rentals are better because you don't have to worry about paying those taxes. I stay in may three bedrom rental, it is better.

I accept this offer like it was a legal agreement. People who don't do harm to the private property don't have to run and hide because they did not break the rules, and the opposite will be clean up, cook and eat celebrating their welcome home.

I remember when this happen, it was before the Covid Pandemic if I'm not mistaken. I wish food becomes cheap again, but I doubt it.
